Herb Preperation

Brewing instruction for Drinking Herbs.

Always drink herbal medicine warns, before or after meals, please consult our doctors.

  1. Empty the herbs into a deep saucepan and add 400ml-600ml cold water.
  2. Soak for one hour.
  3. Bring to boil with the lid on.
  4. Once the boiling point is reached, simmer for 20 minutes. Check occasionally that the water still covers the herbs. Take the lid off if there is too much water or leave the lid half open if there is not.
  5. Strain off the liquid (about 300 ml) from the herbs.
  6. Divide the liquid into two cups, one cup for the morning, one for the evening.

 

Washing Herbs

  1. Empty the herbs into deep saucepan and add 3000ml cold water in for general bathing or 2000ml water in for localized washing.
  2. Soak for one hour.
  3. Bring to boil with the lid on.
  4. Once the boiling point is reached, simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Strain off the liquid from the herbs - about 2500ml for bath or 1500ml for localized washing.
  6. Use the liquid to bathe or compress with a piece of gauze or towel for 15-20 minutes. If the liquid is too dark, please add some water to dilute.
